Exchange & Return Policy

At Hotzzz, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, our exchange and return policy is here to help:

• Eligible Items: Due to the intimate nature of our products, only select items qualify for exchange or return. Bras, panties, and lingerie are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Items like pajamas, home wear, and accessories may be eligible.

• Exchange Period: You can exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they’re unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

• Return Policy: While returns for refunds are not available, exchanges are possible for items of equal or greater value. The difference will be billed accordingly.

• Return Fees: Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
